1. What this application does

Promotions Hub Campaigns is a private, developer-operated integration that uses the Meta Marketing API to read and manage advertising data for an authorized Meta advertising account. It is not a consumer-facing social network or mobile application.

2. Information processed

When authorized, the integration may process:

• Meta user, business, and advertising account identifiers;
• campaign, ad set, ad, creative, placement, budget, and delivery status data;
• advertising performance metrics such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks, installs, CTR, and CPC;
• creative assets and metadata, including uploaded video files and video identifiers;
• access tokens required to make authorized Meta API requests.

3. How information is used

The information is used only to retrieve reports, analyze campaign performance, upload advertising assets, and perform explicitly authorized advertising-account actions such as creating or pausing ads.

4. Storage and sharing

The integration is operated locally. Access tokens are stored in a local environment file and reports are stored locally on the developer's computer. We do not operate a separate server that collects or sells this advertising-account data.

Data is sent to Meta only as required to use the Meta Marketing API and is processed by Meta under its own policies. We do not sell personal information or share advertising-account data with unrelated third parties.

5. Retention and deletion

Local tokens and reports may be deleted from the developer's computer at any time. To request deletion of data directly controlled by the developer, contact mladenstojanovicpo@gmail.com. Data held by Meta is governed by Meta's retention and deletion controls.

6. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect local credentials and reports. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Access tokens should never be shared in chat, source code, or public repositories.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated when the integration's data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
