Yurui Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Yurui account data by contacting support from the email address associated with your app account.

How to Request Deletion

• Send an email to mladenstojanovicpo@gmail.com.
• Use subject line: Yurui Account Deletion Request.
• Include your account email and platform (Android or iOS).

What Gets Deleted

• Account-linked Yurui profile and configuration data under our direct control.
• Associated subscription entitlement metadata in app systems where applicable.

What May Be Retained

• Minimal operational/security logs where legally required.
• Billing records managed by Google Play or Apple App Store under their policies.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after identity verification.

If Yurui account-level deletion is later supported directly in-app, this page will be updated with self-serve instructions.
