Hashi Bridges ("the Game", "we", "us") is a single-player logic-puzzle game. This policy explains the limited data processed when you use the Game and the choices available to you.

Summary

1. Information We Process

When the corresponding features are enabled, the Game uses the third-party services listed in Section 3 to process the data described below. None of this is processed by us directly — the services process it under their own privacy policies.

a) Local Data (stored on your device only)

This data is not transmitted off the device unless you explicitly enable a future cloud-save feature (not present in this release).

b) Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

Hashi Bridges uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, puzzle progression, feature engagement, and overall app performance. Where permitted, analytics collection may be enabled by default and can be disabled through the app's Privacy settings. Where applicable law, regional requirements, or platform rules require prior consent, analytics collection remains disabled until consent is provided.

When Analytics is enabled, Firebase Analytics may process:

We do not set a Firebase user ID. We do not send puzzle boards, solutions, hint copy, notes, or any other player-created puzzle content to Firebase.

Separation from advertising and tracking. Advertising, personalized advertising, Meta advertising measurement, and other tracking-related processing are controlled separately and may require additional consent. Accepting or rejecting ads does not automatically enable or disable Analytics, and Analytics is not used for advertising, marketing, or personalization.

c) Diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics)

Firebase Crashlytics is a separate stability-diagnostics system. It is not used for advertising, marketing, personalization, or tracking, and its consent is independent of advertising consent. When Crashlytics is enabled, it may process:

d) Advertising (only when enabled)

When ads are enabled, the Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to load and display ads at selected non-solving boundaries (between puzzles, after a Result, in free-play interstitials). Google may process information such as the device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from the IP, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, secure, and personalize its advertising services. Whether an ad is personalized depends on your device, your Google account, applicable law, and the consent choice you make in the Game's Privacy Options screen (managed by Google UMP, see Section 3).

e) Install Attribution (Meta)

The Game uses Meta's install-attribution tools to measure whether a download came from one of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Meta may process the Android Advertising ID, install referrer information, and campaign or click identifiers. This data is used solely for measuring install sources and is not used by us for cross-app tracking-based advertising or to build a profile of you across other apps or websites.

f) In-App Purchase (Remove Ads)

You can purchase Remove Ads as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the transaction and the purchase record. The Game receives only the information needed to verify, restore, and apply the entitlement (purchase state, product identifier, and the receipt validation token). We do not receive or store your payment-card details, billing address, or other payment credentials.

g) Support Communications

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and the message content. We use it only to respond to your request.

2. How We Use Data

We do not use Firebase analytics data for advertising, marketing, personalization, or account management.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates the following services in the current release. Each service processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Your Choices and Controls

The Game provides an in-app Settings → Privacy area with the following controls:

In addition, you can:

Core puzzle play, including the First-Time User Experience, free play, the Daily Route, the Smart Hint system, the Result screen, and local Statistics, continues to work with analytics, crash diagnostics, and ads disabled. Privacy choices never remove or lock any puzzle.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the Game has no user account and does not associate Firebase data with your name, email address, or other direct identifier, we cannot reliably locate or delete anonymous Firebase records for a particular player on request. For any privacy question you can contact us at mladenstojanovicpo@gmail.com.

6. Sale and Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 3, and only as needed to operate the Game, process the optional Remove Ads purchase, deliver and measure ads, attribute installs, and provide analytics or crash diagnostics.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is designed for a general puzzle-playing audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Game, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the issue.

8. Data Security

All third-party services used by the Game transmit data over encrypted connections (TLS). We configure event parameters to exclude personal information and to limit the diagnostic data we attach to crashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data the Game processes.

9. International Data Transfers

Firebase, AdMob, UMP, Meta, and Google Play data may be processed by their providers in countries other than your own, subject to those providers' own policies and applicable law (including the European Union's standard contractual clauses and equivalent transfer mechanisms).

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or other regions with privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To make a request, contact us at mladenstojanovicpo@gmail.com. For data held directly by Google or Meta, use the controls those providers offer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game or its services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in the Game's Settings → Privacy area the next time you open it.

13. Platform Notes

The current release of Hashi Bridges is available on Android. The Game's architecture is designed to also support iOS in a future release; if and when an iOS build is published, this policy will be updated to cover Apple's App Privacy details, App Tracking Transparency, and any iOS-specific behaviors, and the changes will be visible in the Game's Settings → Privacy area.
