Terms of Service for Rule Rings

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rule Rings ("the Game", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store (Apple App Store / Google Play) terms.

2. The Game

Rule Rings is a single-player puzzle game. The Game is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid content, or in-game currency at this time. Game progress is stored locally on your device.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Game or its infrastructure.
Use automated means (bots, scripts, or scrapers) to interact with the Game.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its artwork, design, code, audio, text, and trademarks, is owned by Mladen Stojanovic and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Game or any part of it to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services to operate. By using the Game you also agree to the terms of these providers:

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, device, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Game.

8. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated by either party. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the Game and uninstall it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
