Suguru Tectonic ("the Game", "we", "us") is a logic-puzzle game. This policy explains the limited data processed when you use the Game and the choices available to you.

Summary

• The Game does not require an account, sign-in, subscription, or payment information.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, messages, precise location, or player-entered puzzle content.
• Puzzle progress, notes, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device.
• Anonymous analytics and crash diagnostics are enabled by default and can be turned off at any time in the Game's Settings under Share Anonymous Diagnostics.
• Core puzzle play continues to work with anonymous diagnostics turned off.

1. Information Processed

When anonymous diagnostics are enabled, the Game uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may process the following data:

• App interactions: limited gameplay and app events, such as starting, completing, or resuming a puzzle, screen views, and settings changes.
• Device and app information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, app-instance identifiers, and related technical identifiers.
• Approximate location: a coarse location derived from a masked IP address by Firebase Analytics. The Game does not request or collect GPS or other precise location data.
• Crash logs and diagnostics: crash stack traces, relevant app state, and device metadata needed to identify and fix stability problems.

We do not set a Firebase user ID. We do not send puzzle boards, solutions, notes, free-text entries, or other player-created puzzle data to Firebase.

2. How We Use Data

We use anonymous analytics and diagnostics only to understand how the Game performs, identify crashes or technical issues, and improve stability and gameplay. We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, personalization, or account management.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following Google Firebase services to process the data described above on our behalf:

• Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not sell user data or share it with other companies or organizations for advertising or marketing.

4. Your Choices

• Open the Game's Settings and turn off Share Anonymous Diagnostics to disable future Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection through the app.
• Uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data removes locally stored puzzle progress, notes, settings, and statistics from your device.
• You can manage device-level advertising and privacy settings through Android settings. The Game does not display ads or use data for advertising.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its app data. Firebase retains diagnostic and analytics data according to Google Firebase's applicable retention settings and policies.

Because the Game has no accounts and does not associate Firebase data with your name, email address, or other direct identifier, we cannot reliably locate or delete anonymous Firebase records for a particular player on request. 6. Children's Privacy

The Game is designed for a general puzzle-playing audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

7. Security and International Transfers

Firebase data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Data may be processed by Google Firebase in countries other than your own, subject to Google's policies and applicable law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Game or its services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
