Ball Sort Puzzle - Color Game ("the App", "we", "us") is a color-sorting puzzle game for Android. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Short version: the App does not require an account. Game progress, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device. The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent where required, and Google Play Billing for the optional lifetime Remove Ads purchase.

1. Information stored locally

The App stores the information needed to provide gameplay, including puzzle progress, settings, statistics, and the locally cached status of the Remove Ads entitlement. This information is stored in the App's local storage on your device; it is not an account or cloud save.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its Android app data removes local game data. A Google Play purchase may remain restorable through the Google account and Google Play purchase record used to make it.

2. Advertising and consent

The App may show banner and interstitial ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and may offer rewarded ads for optional in-game bonuses such as a hint or an extra tube. AdMob and Google Play services may process technical and advertising information such as device and app information, IP address, advertising identifier, approximate location inferred from an IP address, consent signals, and ad interaction or measurement information. Whether ads are personalized depends on your consent, device settings, applicable law, and Google's processing choices.

Google UMP is used where required to request and manage advertising consent. You can review available advertising privacy choices from the App's Privacy options control when it is available, and through Android or Google advertising settings. Gameplay remains available when ads cannot be requested.

A one-time Remove Ads purchase disables banner and interstitial ads after the purchase is verified by Google Play. Rewarded ads may remain available as an optional way to receive bonuses.

3. Purchases

The App offers one optional non-consumable purchase, Remove Ads, through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and keeps the store transaction record. We do not receive or store your payment-card number. The App receives only the store information needed to verify, restore, and apply the Remove Ads entitlement.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

The current release does not require sign-in and does not send puzzle boards, solutions, notes, or free-text content to a developer server. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config are not required for local gameplay in this release. If a future release enables any additional service, this policy will be updated before or alongside that release.

5. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, require an account, or use the App to collect your contacts, photos, messages, microphone data, or precise GPS location.

6. Third-party providers

The App may use the following providers, which process information under their own policies and terms:

These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

7. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its app data. Google, AdMob, and Google Play retain provider-side data according to their applicable policies and retention settings. Because the App has no user account and does not collect your name or email address in the App, we generally cannot identify a particular anonymous ad or transaction record on request. For questions about a privacy request, contact us using the address below.

8. Children's privacy

The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

9. Security

Data sent to the listed providers is transmitted using the security mechanisms provided by those services, including encrypted connections where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, its SDKs, or its data practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
