Reminders not showing up
- Open Yurui settings and confirm reminders are enabled.
- Check that notification permission is allowed for Yurui in system settings.
- On iPhone, confirm Focus / Do Not Disturb is not silencing alerts.
Premium or purchase issues
- If premium access is missing after reinstalling or changing devices, try the restore purchases option inside the app.
- If the issue continues, send your platform and purchase details so support can investigate.
